Abstract
The technological revolution of today has highlighted the necessity of digital literacy in university education. To achieve this, it is necessary that teachers, in the first instance, incorporate into their vocabulary as well as into their classroom methodology, the technological variable. The interest of Personal Learning Environments (PLE) lies in the assumption of a perspective on education that seeks to respond to massive technological and cultural changes that have taken place in the last two decades in our society.
This work seeks to justify and design a PLE focused on the educational requirements of teachers of Spanish as a foreign language.
