Abstract
The exposition describes the theme of the activities of State Security and observes its literary concretization in novels by Atanas Lipchev, Veselin Branev, Iliya Troyanov, Germinal Chivikov and other contemporary Bulgarian authors. The emphasis is placed on existential, agonal, intrastructural, and parodic concretizations. The observations on the theme and its literary concretizations establish its broad plot, genre and aesthetic potential and raise new questions about the development of the latest Bulgarian literature.
