Abstract

The present research paper delineates some problems of masculinization – a common phenomenon for over more than twenty years – in the Bulgarian language and its collision with women’s emancipation in society. The work is based on statements on the topic by some eminent Bulgarian scholars. We will also try to make a brief summery of the main reasons that have conditioned the dissemination of this phenomenon.
