Abstract
In this paper teaching Serbian as a foreign language and the most frequent language mistakes of Bulgarian students in learning the Serbian language are discussed. Our attention is focused on errors in the fields of lexis, phonetics, morphology, syntax and orthography. The paper contains an overview of the most common errors in the written work of foreign students who learn Serbian and the analysis and interpretation of the results obtained from the research.
