Abstract
The purpose of this article is to analyze some specific examples taken from the Bulgarian translation of “Falco” – a novel by the Spanish writer Arturo Perez-Reverte. The novel came out in Spain in October, 2016. Just a few months later, the author of this article had the honor and the pleasure of translating into Bulgarian the first part of the new series about the eponymous protagonist, who is a reliable hired assassin during the Civil War in Spain.
