Abstract

In this article we discuss the concepts of mono- intra-, inter-, transdisciplinarity in a view of the specifics of Bulgarian language training. We give proof for three levels of knowledge and skills, stipulated to be mastered in Bulgarian language classes: superspecialized, specialized and functional. We trace out the possibilities of the Bulgarian educational context for a “movement” from the disciplinary plotting of knowledge (specialization of knowledge) to its integration. We indicate factors, which prevent the actual occurrence of the interdisciplinary links in educational situations – factors of epistemological, institutional, sociocultural, etc. character.

Key words: educative discipline, intra-, inter- and transdisciplinarity
