Abstract
This paper explores various approaches to incorporating idioms into the teaching of Serbian as a Foreign Language. We examine the acquisition of these linguistic elements through an analysis of Serbian language textbooks for foreigners and the utilization of audiovisual didactic materials. Given the pervasive nature of idioms in every day communication, their acquisition is crucial for effective foreign language learning.
