Abstract
The article draws attention to a geographically distant but still significant segment of Bulgarian journalism – the media published by the Bulgarian diaspora around the world. The text examines the reasons for the emergence and development of Bulgarian migrant journalism in Central Europe, placing a special emphasis on its significant role in the life of the diaspora. The aim of the article is to present Bulgarian migrant media as spaces of memory – guardians of history and cultural development of migrant communities, and to outline possibilities for future research projects.
