The issue follows the double-blind reviewing principle.
The reviewers are asked to give evaluation in a structured format by filling out the Manuscript Review Form.
When handling papers for NTFFPU our peer reviewers are asked to follow the Peer Review Policy of the edition and the COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers.
During the evaluating process the reviewers are strongly advised to refer to the Manuscript Preparation Guidelines.
